When Scattered Spider, one of the most capable threat groups in the world, breached Caesars Entertainment in 2023, I stepped in from the digital business to lead the response. Caesars kept operating throughout. A notable competitor attacked at the same time did not.
I first brought AI into Caesars, have built a language model from scratch, and shipped two AI products myself: VoxSafe, which detects scams in real time, and VibeRep, an iOS fitness app. As an advisor I turned a ten-person team that had stalled for a year into a five-person team that ships faster. I can tell a board what AI does today, what it costs, and how it changes the way teams are built.

Moved Caesars’ online business from growth at any cost to profit, making it one of the few profitable operators in 2024.
