Martin Logan is an independent director and three-time Chief Product and Technology Officer who builds and judges technology businesses in regulated consumer markets. He took William Hill and Caesars from a standing start to a top-four US sportsbook and the #3 online casino, led Caesars’ response to the 2023 Scattered Spider attack, and built the country’s first end-to-end digital mortgage at Guaranteed Rate. He has served as an independent director of Gateless, an AI mortgage technology company, since 2023.

Value to a board

• Cyber crisis leadership. Led Caesars’ response to the 2023 Scattered Spider attack. Caesars kept operating throughout. A notable competitor attacked at the same time did not.
• AI, first-hand. Introduced AI at Caesars, built a language model from scratch and shipped two AI products (VoxSafe, VibeRep). Rebuilt a stalled ten-person team as a faster five-person team.

• M&A and integration. Discover Home Loans and the Realogy partnership at Guaranteed Rate. William Hill through its acquisition by Caesars.
• Talent and organization. Scaled a team to more than 600 in three years without lowering the hiring bar.

• Co-Founder, VoxSafe (Jul 2025 – present). Nonprofit protecting older adults from scams with real-time AI detection and free workshops.
